Pastry Chef Suthon Phoungsatit, has created an artistic and delicious pistachio and blackcurrant layered cake which is presented in a delicate, edible black and white chocolate box featuring Artstory’s black and white logo illustration called “My Friends” which was drawn by Ms. Naphacharan (K. Nui) who is a student and artist at Artstory.
Inside the beautiful edible chocolate box is a delicious four-layered cake, made from premium ingredients. The top layer is a smooth whipped pistachio ganache made from pistachio paste, Valrhona white chocolate and cream. The ganache is whipped to infuse the pistachio flavour into the silky mousse texture. The second layer consists of delicious homemade blackcurrant jam with a third layer of moist, chewy vanilla almond cream cake which sits on a crispy sweet almond cracker as the base. When eaten together, the flavours and textures combine into a luxurious sweet treat for the palate.
Available for dine-in, take out or delivery. Priced at THB 299* per piece. A minimum one-day pre-order is recommended.
