The scrumptious six-course menu for Romantic Dinner Beneath the Stars and Ultimate Private Dining for 16 persons includes delights such as tiger prawns served with mango salsa followed by an appetiser of pan-seared foie gras served with apple marmalade, balsamic and porto wine reduction. A sumptuous truffle and cappuccino soup served with burrata cheese and garlic crostini precedes the main courses. Baked lobster tail flamed with Grand Marnier served with sun dried tomato tapenade, bell pepper and polenta and asparagus coulis and beef tenderloin wrapped in pancetta flamed with Cognac and served with potato gratin, asparagus and black pepper sauce are the main courses.
